Important tips:

We deliver to the European Union. For the rest of the world, you must contact us so that we can offer you a personalized offer.

Hand delivery

The hand delivery to our office in Liege Belgium is completely free.

Be aware that you can take the ordered material on the site yourself. Simply choose "hand delivery" in the choice of port to avoid any transport costs and can come to take possession of the order on the spot. After receiving your order, we will contact you to tell you when the material is ready to be taken away.

Shipment in envelope:

This type of shipment is reserved for low thickness and good markets. This type of shipping does not include tracking or insurance. No complaint will be able to be introduced if you opted for this type of sending. The risks are entirely your responsibility.

NB: The sending status will be "delivered" by default

We listen to any special requests whether for deliveries outside Europe, large deliveries or express deliveries.

Risks and claims:

Damaged packages:

Any damaged packaging must be immediately indicated to the driver or refused

With the exception of shipments in envelopes (see above), all transport offered is covered by insurance and a legal service. When receiving your package any damage must be reported to the carrier and noted by it. Any problem of breakage must be reported to our service within 48 hours after receipt and must be accompanied by a full description of the problem (photo, video, findings). Objects and packaging must be kept.

If the damage has not been reported to the driver, the reception will be considered perfect and can not be disputed. We advise you to check the arrival in the presence of the driver.

Shipment in envelope:

Attention, mailings by postal envelope are tolerated so as not to propose an abnormally high cost of transport compared to the price of very good articles. However, it is the customer who will take the risks against him in this case. No claim will be possible.

Losses and delays:

All our shipments are insured against loss. The delay before submitting a complaint for delay shall not be less than twice the estimated delivery time. We speak here in business day after shipment (the first day does not count, Saturday and Sunday do not count, holidays and bridges do not count either).

The announced deadlines are only indicative and may not be subject to a reduction or reimbursement of shipping costs if they are not respected.

Deliveries outside the European Community will not be subject to Belgian VAT. Unless previously agreed, we will only accept this type of billing if both the billing address and the delivery address are outside the European Community.

Delivery with intracom B2B invoice:

Belgian business customers will receive the material under the 21% VAT regime

B2B customers (in the sense of Belgium) can receive an invoice excluding VAT. However, we reserve the right to verify the information provided, request additional information and possibly reject access to this type of billing
