The primary feature of the GS5313GS is its geared mechanism, which allows the user to make incremental vertical adjustments with the use of an integrated cranking handle. When the desired height is reached the user may then use the disc-lock equipped central collar to lock the column in place.

The column features a native height of 47cm which includes 30cm of travel distance from maximum height to minimum height. It weighs 1.5kg, a manageable weight which compliments its professional quality and durability.
