The BV-5 is CNC-machined from black anodised aircraft aluminium, making it extremely lightweight. Weighing only 528 grams, with a static load capacity of up to 4 kg, it is ideal for birders and nature videographers. This tripod head is compatible with nearly all spotting scopes, DSLR, and mirrorless cameras. It features two built-in bubble levels for easy alignment. The 70 mm long Arca Swiss QP-70N quick-release plate allows for precise positioning of your camera or scope. A 3/8-inch thread on the side allows you to attach an optional magic arm and accessory. The arm can be mounted on either the left or right side of the head. The fluid head offers a maximum tilt of 90° forward and 75° backward. It also allows full 360° rotation, with a fine graduated scale on the 50 mm base for accurate panning. Friction is adjustable via a large, user-friendly knob.

The extended control arm of the BV-5 allows for smooth and quiet tracking movements. Thanks to the fluid damping, jittery movements are avoided. The arm grip is covered in soft rubber foam, keeping your hands warm in winter. The arm can be mounted on either side. The head tilts 90° forward, 75° backward, and rotates a full 360°. The 50 mm base with scale ensures precise panning. Friction is adjustable with the large rotary knob.
