You can use BY-MP4 without batteries. The Boya BY-MP4 operates on the phantom power of the camera.

You can use BY-MP4 as follows: connect a microphone to the stereo input. Connect a lavalier microphone to the two mono inputs. It can also be wireless microphones, where you can attach the receivers to the left and right claws. You can use the mono stereo button to switch between the sound of the stereo microphone and the sound of the two tie microphones. Since the sound from the two mono channels is sent to the camera on a separate track, you can edit the two separately in editing
